IDS MAIL

Hi i am trying to run a utility called IDS Mail but for some of my users its not working. It's odd because i'm a domain admin and can access this another user who is cant access this. I also have some standard users able to access this and some can't. I can't find any pattern to why this is.

Any Ideas.

I have put the IDS mail utility in various places.
I.e doc and settings/ profiles/username/windows

I would guess this is down to the e-mail client profile settings. A tool such as Filemon from

http://www.sysinternals.com

might help track down any access issues.
