idm issue -

setup - idm3 with password sync on 2003 dc's
engine is on netware 6.5
driver on one of the dc's

if i change the password in console1 all is ok
if we change the password from active directory or from the pc from change password or force a change on next login the password expiration date for the nds account is set to today with grace logins

what i want to be able to do is tie up these expiration date - i assume this is in the schema matching policy - or am barking up wrong tree

is it the output transform rule

any help appreciated

may be the culprit as it is forcing pwd to expire immediately so perhaps not an idm issue but some nmas policy
