I have a Cisco 801 and a NAS5300 using ISDN DIalers which connect o.k.
Problem is that the idle timer gets reset at the remote end o.k. based on an interesting traffic list, but the NAS host end operates seperately and so if an idle timer of 45 mins is set then it disconnects as it sees no interesting traffic. If I add an inverse of the remotes access-group list traffic it stays up forever as some servers are polling.
How can I get the the idle timer on the NAS to reset based on when the remote end resets ?
