Idle time set to 15 minutes and will not change.

We upgraded from NT 4.0 TS with Citrix 1.8 to W2K with Citrix XP SP2/FR2. Idle time in Citrix connection manager is 240 minutes. Connection time is infinite. Disconnect time is 5 minutes.
All remote users (even domain admins) disconnect after 15 minutes of idle time. Local users are ok. Checked group policies and found nothing. Not sure where else to poke around. Any other ideas where to look?

I recommend deleting you ica-tcp connection in Citrix COnnection Configuration. Then reboot the server and let the server recreate it. Then reset you timeouts.
