Can someone tell me where the setting is to terminate idle login sessions in the CMC? Using 2008 server on Windows. If someone logs in and then does not log out but rather 'x's" out of the window, the session remains connected and occupies a license spot. Is there somewhere to set a terminate idle session in CMC or where is it that you establish it?

Thanks

Hi,
Under the settings in the CMC should be ones for Idle timeout for the pageserver and for the jobservers - Not sure about the CMS itself, but check there as well.

Crystal has always been pretty bad about releasing connections - Unless explicitly closed, connections tend to hang around.
