idle% of sar goin down!!

Its a conversant v7(MAP40) machine which is basically used for IVR purposes.It uses unixware 2.1.2 as the O.S.what the problem is idle% of sar falls to zero.please help me out..I am not able to figure out which process is using most of the CPU resources.
