I have a route with 2 PRI's in it. Members 1-23 are one loop, and members 24-46 are another. This is for my call center. When I do an LDIC on this route, it shows that the 2nd loop has been idle for 63 days, all calls going over the first loop. Why would this be?

In the route data block change the prompt SRCH to RRB. This will use all the trunks from cnannel 46 to 1 and then back around again.

You may have it set up where calls come in on the first t's lower channels and go out on the 1st t's higher channels. Or vice versa. Once these are all busy than the next t is used in the same way.

IF THE CO IS SET UP FOR DESCENDING, THEN YOU WILL BE SET UP FOR ASCENDING. THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL SEE TRFFIC ON THE OTHER T1 IS IF THE FIRST T IS ALL BUSY. DOES THE LDIC SHOW CALLS ON EVERY CHANNEL, AND NONE ON THE SECOND LOOP? IF SO DISABLE THE DCH IN LD 96 AND THE LOOP IN LD 60 AND SEE IF THE CALLS START COMING IN ON THE OTHER LOOP. ENLL LOOP IN LD 60 TO PLACE PRI BACK IN SERVICE

all post are correct, rrb is an outbound prompt, i wouldn't dis the dm since you only have the one. but i would ld 60 disi x on the frist loop, that is disable when idle, it takes trunks down after they go idle.. make sure the provider is pointed to both pri's.. .. as soon as the second pri starts taking calls enll x in 60.. have you gotten reports of inbound busy?

Thanks to all...

I did all of the above, the first being DSCH all the channels of the first loop. Once calls started overflowing to the next loop, I felt good. One of those customers that gets traffice reports from telco and gets nervous for no reason. But, John, if I change the SRCH to RRB that is only for outbound?

If you change it to RRB, you may have a colision with inbound calls' leave it alone.
(If it ain't broke, Don't fix it)

Hello
now, I configure 2 pri trunks to Audiocode gateway tel-sip,
the primary pri is good now, but the NFAS pri (the other) can not carry the call
if the call seizes the channel of the NFAS pri, there is an errors as below:

RRB will not change the incomong call count, it only affects outgoing calls.
