HELP!!!

I've got a Mitel 3300 and although I'm familiar with other systems I can't seem to find the areas I'm looking for on this one.

I'm trying to change the messages that callers get when they phone, in particular the message they get when the line is busy. I take it all recordings are simply mailboxes? But where are they all listed and how do you listen to the recordings?
On other systems I've used you can listen to a recording and send a call to an extension where you can re-record it. Can you do that with the Mitel 3300 or if not how do you find the right message and re-record it?

Cheers

I suspect that this will be done by an intercept or 1st alternative re-route.
you will need to work out what number it is going to
- it will probably be a rad or rad group.
in that rad group there will be a port
on that port will be assigned the rad message set
in the rad message set there will be a message number
ring the embedded vmail pilot , log in as manager ( or admin)
press 8
press 1
enter the message number
if it plays back your message then follow prompts to re-record it
