Idiot question about getting CR to display a new page for each record 1

I just started using crystal and I have it linked to data in a database. Each record contains statistics on a given store and each store needs a narrative written about it.

I'm having trouble getting a new store to appear on it's own page, and I can't figure out how to get each store (there are 470) to have it's own page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use Insert->Group and select the store field.

To the left of the Group area, right click the Group Footer and select format section and select the new page after box.

In general, please post your software version, the instructions I gave are vanilla, you might see some differences in your interface.
