I had a vulger voicemail left in a users mailbox. The message says "From extension xxxx". The problem is that this extension, xxxx, is one of the TN's for Call Pilot ACD.

I couldn't find any calls to the recipients extension in CDR records.

I appreciate any advice.

Do you have CallPliot reporter installed ? ? ?

Call would have been answered by Call Pilot since they left a message.

The CDR record you will need to look for will be againt a Call Pilot port.

the voice mail should also include a time stamp you could use to check cdr records.

The only way he would get CDR for CallPilot ports is if he has internal CDR turned on. If it was from outside the PBX best you can do is look for Time stamp against the message. Call could have come in through Express messaging as well external or internal.
