Hey all... I am not overly knowledgable on the Avaya system...just enough to sometimes get myself into, and thankfully out of trouble.

Is there any way to verify or identify the release of a card other than the Main processor (f59)? Specifically I have a P308ECR3.0 I want to verify it is a 3.0...or if it is a 1.0. Other than just trusting the label is there a way? I also assume the same might be usable for other cards as well, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Does the module have the original Avaya bar code label? Unless the label or designation looks like it is was altered, you should take it on face value that it is an R3.0. Not much has changed in the 308EC module to current other than minor production changes internally. The label includes a serial number that contains the manufacture date.

....JIM....
