Identifying programs in Downloaded Programs Folder

Can anyone give me advice as to how I can work out what certain programs located in the Downloaded Programs folder are/do ? (registry related perhaps ???)

The ones I'm concerned about have a name enclosed with curly brackets, have a status of "unknown", are 32K in size and present no creation/access data. The others in this folder are obvious (Shockwave etc) as they are named and have a download date, but I don't remember downloading any other programs so I'm not sure what these other ones are or what they do.

Or should I not be concerned ?

Everything in that folder can be deleted.
If you find that something doesn't work afterwards, then it didn't install correctly to begin with, and you'll have to download it again anyhow.
