Reporting with Crystal v.10, off MS-SQL Server data...

Is there a way in Crystal to determine which users are running reports in a networked folder? We want to cull reports that aren't being used.

Not with just Crystal but at least one of the 3rd-party Crystal report viewers listed at provides functionality of centralized logging of reports use (to a centralized text file or a database).

Ido's solution assumes everyone uses the same tool to view reports. But that will ignore those who use Crystal Designer or BO Enterprise to view reports.

A better solution is to use one of our function libaries to write a value into a text or xml file to keep track of who/when ran a report. The Share UFL makes the most sense to me as it can work with more complex data and would create a new share file for each report.
