Is there any way of identifying who has changed a users access to a database on SQL Server?.
A user who could access a database has her authority changed to prevent access and nobody knows which admin user has done it.
I'm not aware of any way of identifying who performed the change but you never know....?[smile2]

Dazed and confused.

Do you have Audit Trace running? For future you can use Audit Trace or a third party (we use Idera SQL Compliance Manager).
