I am a newbie inheriting the job of managing the ACD. We are trying to import the raw data into an excel or access DB for reports, but have found we can not connect. Articles from the forum state I have to get access to the Server Utility first. No one left knows the password or the userid.
1) Is there a viewable CCM user manager than can see what the userID should be. I have tried the defaults and the webAdmin client userID and passwords.
2) The server is on a closed system, so is it possible to self reset the sysadmin password for the Server Utility through other means besides Nortel/Avaya troublecall?
