We currently have some users going out over our COT lines rather than our DS3. I have it all set up to change them over on their outgoing calls but I need to identify which COT lines they are using because the caller ID on those are wrong.

How can I find out which COT lines are being used for the outgoing call so that I can call our vendor to modify the caller ID on them?

I'm on a Nortel CS1000 Rls 6.0

I wouldn't try to identify a particular line. I would just tell them to check all your COT trunks. If you call out and access one that you know is wrong, then just go to LD 80 and do:

.trac 0 1234 (1234 being your DN)

and you will see what route and member you are going out on. then just go to your MDF and trace the line out to the demarc.

Weird addition to this - it only seems to come up wrong when dialing outside the immediate area code here.

Can you purchase Procomm Plus anymore? Seems like a handy thing to have.

If you want to find out what trunk someone is using, an easy way is for them to place a call, go on hold, then go back to the line - the display will show the Route Access Code and Member number.
