Identify what agents are doing 1

In our Aspect Call Centre, we have a mixture of Agents working inbound, outbound and off phone activities.

We have Director/Producer, eworkforce and RTA, but are finding there is no real easy way to see at a summary level who are assigned to the different types of wrk at any one time.

For inbound and outbound distinction, we use different extension numbers to identify the two groups, but we really want to move away from this.

Has anyone implemented a solution that shows management a view similiar to, who is working inbound, outbound, off phone activity1, off phone activity2 etc...
