Is there a way to tell which cpu an Ultra 60 is running without opening the case? Even better if it can be done without rebooting....

Thanks!

Allen

The command...
[tt]
psrinfo -v
[/tt]
...will list the number type and speed of CPU. You can also get info about model and memory and some other stuff with...
[tt]
/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag
[/tt]
Between these two, that should give you everything you'd need to know without opening the case.

Hope this helps.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.
