Identify type of error in jsp

Hi,

I have a button in my jsp page called a.jsp. On click of the button the page needs to be forwarded to another jsp page say b.jsp. If b.jsp is not found in the specified path, we will get a page not found error. Is this error a runtime error or compile time error? please help.
