identify ringing line for operator

Hi All,
I have a KX-TDE100 with a number of KX-T7668 phones attached. I have just opened a separate department with 2 ddi numbers being directed to extension. I would like to label one of the ddi numbers so it can be identified on the lcd of the KX-7668 so the operator can answer the phone with a different greeting. Where the heck is that feature in the pbx maintenance console v7.3.1.3. Any help might save me hours of looking and would be really appreciated.

In the DDI number declaration form?

In the Ddi table you can name the Ddi entry then in the extension settings you can sellect incoming display as Ddi and not caller id
you could also set the Ddi to a different Icd group and put a group button on the phone and label it as that company
