As part of a backup and monitoring system, all email accounts (send and recieve) copy to a central email account. This account is then viewed using Outlook. Quite often emails are received with the recipient address something like list@ukpress.org. Does anyone know if it is possible to identify the actual email address that this has been sent to. I have tried right clicking on the email, selecting options and then reading the Internet Header but this still lists the recipient as list@ukpress.org

I could log in to every user to see which one received the email but we have over 200 email accounts!

Many thanks in advance for any help

Depending on your mail server program/software, you can look at the logs to see which mailbox gets it
