I am trying to track down a phone that was used to make a page that was not welcomed by HR.

I was reading thread 798-1186561 and it was helpful if I had it running prior to needing the information.

We have an 81c and use Avotus 3.1 to do CDR.

Is there anyway to get the informtion?

Thanks as always,
Steve

On the PBX side you would have to have had CDR YES in the route data block, at a minimum.

I looked at my page route and there is a CDR prompt.

Here is a printout of the TN, is that of any help to answer your questions? If not, let me know what to prt. thanks.

Print the route data block for route 3 in LD 21. You have it set up as a WATS route so there should be a CDR prompt.

Here you go... CDR is NO.

If CDR was no, then no records were being generated and you will not be able to trace the call. Sorry.

If I change the CDR to Yes, what would I need to do if someone asked to find out who paged someone?

Look you through your CDR report for that trunk at the specified time.
