Hi All, I have two excel tables each containg several columns of data. Table 1 have several hundred rows while table 2 has only a couple of hundred rows of data. All table 2 entries should be in table 1.

Is there a formula I can use that will identify all table 2 entries within table 1, and perhaps align the rows of each table. This will make data verification or merging much simpler than the curent manual way.

Thanks in antisipation.

Hi,

Use MS Query to do a UNION ALL query join of the data. Assuming the structure is identical and each on a separate sheet...

Select *
From Sheet1$
Union ALL
Select *
From Sheet2$
