Hi I was wondering if any one could help please.

I have a table with delegate details including their email, which I send a personalized email to each delegate saying dear whatever. However all email addresses may not be correct and often I get up to 50 bounce back. I was wondering if it was possible to update the delegate information table to state that their email bounced. I have tried the outlook to access link wizard but it does not contain any data that I can see that would help identify this.

If you use Outlook as an object within your code, you can loop thru the Inbox looking for the string "undeliverable" in the subject or the body. There is a book out there called "Power Programming With Access 2000" that has a really good chapter on how to use Outlook within Access, with some really great code on the CD showing how to set up the objects and references.
