Hi there,

Can someone please tell me how do you identify all the virtual IP's defined on a 3 node Sun cluster? Is it as easy as doing a "ifconfig -a" and looking for something specific, or is there a more scientific way? As you can probably tell networking is not my strong point!
For what it's worth and some background, Oracle is also running on the cluster and there is an IP defined in the listener.ora. The /etc/hosts file list a bunch of IP addresses, but no useful comments were added when they were added.

Any help/direction appreciated.

Thanks,
J.

how about the: scstat command (providing you are using Suncluster 3.x)
