My machine abnoamlly stops. On reboot it works for two / three days and stops again. Where I can see the error messages for this behaviour.

If the machine is stopping (locking up?), then the error log should have hardware and software errors in it. Another thing is to run diag against all hardware. Also, check your dump, if the system is stopping then hopefully you will have a good dump and can check with the sysdumpdev -L command. Just a couple of places to check first. It is hard to determine if it is hardware or software without any additional information.

Also, check for LED codes if it hangs. Sometimes it can break badly enough the error daemon cannot capture an error. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation
