Can anyone tell me how to find out what the mailbox number is for the general mailbox? I have a Legend with a night schedule and if you don't press a button after the Auto attendant it will transfer you to the general mailbox. Currently the mailbox is full. The operator is at extension 3100 and her voice mail light is on but when she checks her voice mail using 3100 there are no messages. Any help would be appreciated.

Identidying general mailbox - Merlin Mail

There are three general mailboxes - one for each autoattendant. If you are only using one autoattendant - the general mailbox is: 9991. The other two are 9992 and 9993.

Well - if they never checked it before - not a surprise - since the default for the night autoattendant is to leave a message in 9991! Sounds like they will have a lot of fun going through them all!
