A nuance I am missing in using the IDE is when does the undo stack clear?
Specifically I make changes, what circumstances is the the undo stack cleared away so that I cannot undo changes.
Or another question, what can I do to force clear the undo stack?
I occasionally have issues with code disappearing, things I know have saved but later when I come back the changes are gone. Undo is one thought. Another is some sort of disk read / write race condition which is something else I am hoping to get to the bottom of as there is evidence for it.
I simply want to rule out undo as a source so I know when if I have a smoking gun.
Currently using Access 2013 but I expect this hasn't changed much ever which is why I am surprised I have not noticed when the stack does clear.
