IDE config: VB6.0 project keeps poping Windows Installer windows

I just got the VB6.0 project. When I opened the project, a few annoying windows keep poping up. They are pop up windows that prompt for a windows installer or empty installer.

I think the previous developer created an installer using Empty Installer tamplate in Visual Studio Interdev IDE. The Installer created might have somehow linked to VB6.0 project I am working on.

Where to look for the link between my VB6.0 project and the installer?

How to break the link, so those windows installer pop up window stop?
