ide/cd-r/cd/floppy not reconising disk's

I have istalld asilicom image sil0680 raid ultra ata133 on my pc that is runing XP pro and now my cd-r & cd-rom drive's only reconise the first disk put and then any disk after and the floppy it tells me are not formated.
the disk drive's are conected to the motherboard
