IDE #0 Error

I have a Toshiba Pen Tablet loaded with Windows XP for Tablet PC that just started giving me trouble.

The computer which was left on, was completely off when I returned.
After turning on again, I recieved the message "IDE#0 Error"
Then "Intel Boot Agent Version 4.1.06"
Followed by system information like the MAC address and GUID
Then "TXE-MOF Exiting Intel Boot Agent"
After which it requested the system disc...

What happened? What should I do about this?

I just had the same thing happen to my Toshiba M200 Tablet PC. Does anyone out there know how to fix this? Ugh.
