I need to remove an entry on the IDC table because there is a conflict with a number. When someone dials the number externally it gets redirected to the receptionist. The existing entry in the IDC table is for a person that is does not use that number and we are moving to a single number for internal and external. If someone could tell me the ld number to use and the steps, that would be great. Thanks.

rid of

Then <cr> all the way thru and it's gone!
