I had an IDC table in LD 49 that I removed. Is there anything in the RDB in LD 16 that I need to "X" out? If so, can some one print the steps?

Thx

REQ:

I think the DCNO entry needs to be changed/outed. Is that right?

There was only one IDC table in LD 49 and I removed it already. Can I removed the reference number "1" from those parameters? And how?

Having the "1" there, would it affect incoming caller id info not being displayed on the LCD screen?

You should have removed the reference in the RDB before you removed it in LD 49

I can put the IDC table back up and then go back to the RDB and "x" out the idc reference number. Correct?

You may just be able to "x" it out now without putting it back in. But the correct procedure would have been to remove it off of the route first. This has been known to cause Data Corruption when modifying an active IDC table.

OK, Thanks janaya. I am having a problem with incoming caller id info not being displayed on anyone's phone. Just making sure these changes aren't the cause.

Yes, it was working yesterday. The circuit is new, installed on Feb 22.
