I think the DCNO entry needs to be changed/outed. Is that right?
You may just be able to "x" it out now without putting it back in. But the correct procedure would have been to remove it off of the route first. This has been known to cause Data Corruption when modifying an active IDC table.
OK, Thanks janaya. I am having a problem with incoming caller id info not being displayed on anyone's phone. Just making sure these changes aren't the cause.
