I have changed the IDC table to send traffic from our main number to a menu in CallPilot. However, when you dial the number, calls are still going through to the switchboard instead of the menu.

Is there somewhere else I need to change the destination of the main number for this to work?

IDC only works with external calls

couple of other things to check.. the inbound route has to ref that idc in either the day or night udc or both. another thing you need to check, the output side of the idc needs to point to mail.. so if i convert 2000 to 3000 then i would make 3000 an acd maxp 1 ncfw to mail.. and make 3000 a vsdn in mail.. is your main number a did? if it;s a route using auto yes and an atdn for each trunk, you don't have an idc prompt in that route so just change the atdn on each trunk.. shortcut, if you have a lot of trunks, go to 14 and out 16 then new 16, build the 1st one with the leading tn and the correct route member and cls marks as well as atdn and you same time over changing 30 or 40 trunks one at a time..you may know all of this but someone else may need it.. have a good weekend
