I configured my inbound DID route for IDC. When I print it I get the below:

IDC YES
DCNO 1
NDNO 1 *

what does the * next to the Night Mode IDC mean? Thank you.

* Means that's the one that is active

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

what do you mean? Can you elaborate? thank you.

means you have no ATTN Consol active & the system is in night service. If you have no ATTN Consols, then system will be in night permanently & use the NDNO setting.

we actually do have two attendant consoles (M2250) and they are definitely not in NITE right now. I don't know what to make of this. Hopefully when they do go into nite the digit conversion will still work. thank you.

It doesn't matter if they are in day or night... You always use IDC 1...

great, thanks. I also added IDC to my tieline route but still can't reach the user. I guess it's because once I am dialing the access code (82) I'm in the far end's switch and because they use 9 to call out I can't dial him on 9000. But that's okay I guess. Thank you again everyone for your help.
