We have a number of Crystal Reports that we distribute to customers with our software. One of our customers receives the message &quot;IDAPI Error: unknown | illegal error from rtl.&quot;, they click OK and then receive &quot;Error:534 Error detected by database DLL. Method: Execute <StartPrintJob>.&quot; Any ideas as to what might be causing these errors?
