IDAPI Error: Cannot locate ODAPIxx.DLL

I tried to bring in an Access Table that I created that would like two table. I receieved the error IDAPI Error: Cannot locate ODAPIxx.DLL. I thought that I might have been having troubles connecting an ODBC table with a database table so I started a new report and just tried to bring in the Access table, again, I received the same error message.
