iDA for SAP using MAXDB on Windows

Quick question.
I need to install the iDA for SAP on MAXDB for one of our database servers.
We purchased one, and it shows in the License Admin screen under the Permanent Total column (and the Permanent Used column shows 0).
When doing the install on the client, using the Commvault Installer, it does not appear in the 'Select Platforms' screen. All the other platform agents do appear.
I suspect I need to ‘activate’ it somehow. Can you advise what I’m missing please?

First check if the version of SAP and the platform are supported (System Requirements CommVault Books Online). Check also if SAP has been upgraded in the past; CommVault might find an entry for an older version of SAP still in the registry which is not supported; if so, remove that old entry.
