Caller ID works fine on all other calls except call pickup on an 8945. When picking up a call on an 8945 phone, using the BLF key, you get "unknown" for the calling party.
When picking up a call on an 8961 phone using the BLF key, you get the calling parties I.D.
There is nothing wrong with caller ID on the 8945 phones with regular calls, only when using the BLF key to "pickup" a call.
So, the caller ID problem only happens when we use the BLF key to pickup a call from another phone that is ringing.
