I HAVE MULTIPLE TRKS FOR DIAL 9 GRP.HUNTS FROM TOP DOWN FOR INCOMMING. INCOMMING CALL ON THESE TRKS SHOW X1X-X1X1-T# ON DISPLAY SETS.IF YOU DIAL X1X-X1X1 FROM ANY SET, NCOS AND ALL OTHER RESTRICTIONS ARE BYPASSED AND A TRK IS GIVEN TO DIAL ANYWHERE.NO 9 IS NEEDED TO DIAL X1X-X1X1.SOMEHOW THIS INFO HAS BECOME COMMON KNOWLEDGE. I WOULD LIHE TO CHANGE THE CODE AND ALSO NOT HAVE IT DISPLAY ON INCOMMING SWITCHBOARD CALLS.

you can change the acod in load 16 on the rdb itself, you can name that number, but the code still shows. i think you can stop acod to trunk access in the customer data block system wide bout if your using acod for paging access etc. you'll also need to build a work around.. build a lsc to access those trunks

If I understand your problem, the access code is displayed and the set users are dialing it to bypass BARS/NARS. I would suggest taking advantage of Trunk Access Restiction Group feature to stop them. Then they will be forced to use 9.

not sure of the list you mentioned but their is a line in you cdb that stops direct access to the acod.. if the phones in question are using the acod because they arn't allowed to access that trunk group, then match their tgar with the routes targ, that is a direct block on a per station basis
