Id in providerdata table

hi

I sm trying to get the physical path of the file from the database without using the lapi method and through a query.
So in Providerdata table I can getting the path information of a document by passing providerID

Now I need to understand how we get the Provider ID of the document as It is not same as document id

Let me know if anyone knows te answer for this as I really need this urgently
