ID creation problem.

Hi,

I have created one user id on my Lotus Notes server 4.6,i think it was created succsesfully (because it showed me like that).After creation of id i was able to login with that id but i won't be able to access that user database or any other public database (say public address book etc.).it gives me an error "Your public key was not found in the name and address book" this thing happens regularly with my server...sometimes created id works..but somesimes it happens like this.
what can be a problem..
can somebudy hellllp..me on this matter.

The public key in the ID does not match the public key in the name and address book.

Copy the public key to the clipboard and paste into notepad. Then, have the administrator paste the key into the person document.
