icu problems towards OneBox on niu

Hi

Seems like I have lost the communication between the NIU card and the com port on OneBox used for update (serial on 2-1-70-3)
When i run ICUPI the response is:
INFORMATION SYSTEM UPDATING NOT SUCCESSFUL
IFCIND CHANNEL ERROR DETECTED
IFCIND
2
I have restartet the card in 2-1-70, and OneBox server, also checked the cable between. I am not sure of which pu's to restart, or any other good advice?

Post these commands:

ICFUP;
VMPOP;
VMFUP;
IONCP;
ALLOP; (Only fault code 281, 282, 345, 346).

Running an ICUPI, that stops due sw/hw faults can be "restarted" by restarting DIM in all LIMs.
1.
Find DIM by CNPIP:UNIT=DIM;.
2.
Restart DIM in ALL LIMs.
RFPUI:UNIT=DIM,LIM=;

Ok,
The restart of pu worked, icu is ok now.
There is also a CSTA port on the same NIU. It was not operating either, is there a connection? I had to restart sw on this as well. Should not the blokcing and de-blocing and the restart of the whole card be enough?

No, to restart the CSTA, just restart these programs:
RFPUI:UNIT=DCTAP,LIM=;
RFPUI:UNIT=DCTPP,LIM=;

Check by: CSTLP; and CSTMP:LGRP=;
