ICU NIU real time monitoring problem

Hi,

I try to program the ICU/NIU connection in the PBX for realtime monitoring. but it wont get connected.

Please help???

Maybe you should use the SMDR part of NIU (or SIU) for realtime monitoring of traffic in the PBX?
With SMDR/CDR you can observe all traffic in the exchange.

i use it for a connection to the CCM server, ACD MIS.

It worked but i had to reprogramm the ip adresses.
I think i missed one command an d now it wont work anymore.
