I get "ICSmgr has caused an unspecified error" when shutting down my new and fresh install of Win ME on my Athlon 900 and A7V ASUS Board. I have to close this box to allow shutdown. I am networked to one other PC and there is no apparent operating problem. Just annoying to have to clear the error box. Any ideas??

are you using internet connection sharing if not don't run it also ME is garbage. I have just had to remove off 60 node network after a week of trying to debug best advice is go 98se
