ICS with Startalk 1

going to power down and move both a block away/Is there any
preferred power down/power up sequence so as not to lose any programming? ie sytem then mail or visa versa

startalks are picky and so is the mics - if its old.
they tend to lose programming. Do a backup (atleast manually)

other than that preferred sequence
shutdown -> VM, PBX
powerup -> PBX, VM
