ICS internal RAD

How can i reset a internal RAD on a ICS? i understand the the default password is the system id. Where do i find the system id?

It must be the CICS (you didn't specify) Go into programming Feature * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 ->Software Keys->SysID

Thank you sir. It is a CICS. i'll see if that is what the password is. Can i reset it if necassary?

Yes, the password resets under Passwords->IRAD Pswd
