ICS delayed ringing?

Customer wants many phones to ring at the same time on incoming calls after it rings say...4 times at ext. 201. I'm looking for some sort of delayed ringing, but all I see is "appear and ring" or programing for "answer DN" or "foward no answer" I must be brain dead or working on to many avaya systems. Could anybody give me an idea where to look? Thanks for any help.
