v7.6.100P.SQL 2000i.

ICRs run just fine, but when we try to export them, regardless of the export format chosen, a blank file is created.

Has anyone run into this and what is the solution?

I don't use the ICRs, but tested it on my system. On the machines with the full Crystal workstation installed, they exported fine. The ones that don't have Crystal installed, did not export. I don't know if that helps you at all.

All of the exporting DLL's (for Crystal) are located in the WINNT/Crystal folder and are nameed u2f*.dll e.g. u2ftext.dll is the dll used when exporting to text. Make sure these are present and available to Macola (pathwise). Also, do a seacrh and make sure there aren't multiple copies of these DLL's - Crystal gets 'persnickety' when it finds multiple copies of the same DLL's - in some cases you may find a copy of the same files in the 'common files' area too.

This works fine when I updated to 7.6.300. They were on 7.6.100. I don't know if there was a fix somewhere in between or not.

This problem was most likely corrected when the clients were effectively reinstalled as part of the 7.6.300 upgrade. At that time, all of the export DLL's would have been installed and registered.
