ICR to VMPro module issues

I have a customer whose calls are routed to their main HG during hours and then a time profile set that routs the calls to their Night AA menu after hours. He uses manager for basic functions from time to time and wants to be able to manually set a their ICR to send during hours calls to their holiday AA on this coming labor day. They have a short code *807 that sends calls to their VMPro node Holiday. In VMpro, they have a start point short code that has a goto action to their Holiday menu. When I dial *807 I hit the right recording that is in the Holiday AA. But when I set the ICR to *807 and then call their main number I end up at a message that is old and hasn't been used in a while. I used SSA and can see the call go to VMPro Start point short code Holiday... but im still getting the wrong message.

1. Its probably simple but what what step am I missing? ICR to Short Code to VMP start point Short Code to Module Holiday.

2. What would be a better way to accomplish this? They mostly work remote or I would juts give them a phone button to set the HG out of service or something. I'm in talks to set up a holiday schedule so all this can be done automatically but they aren't ready to pull the trigger on that yet.
 
you don't have duplicated or time profile for that ICR?
